Great things are coming up!

Sorry we missed you all last week, but I'm pretty sure standing under trees is the 2nd worst place to be in a lightning storm, so we had to cancel... but we're back this week with a BANG! We've got Cat Wells and Total Gadjos, and we're doing a PALOOZA baby!

The market starts at 4 pm, and of course, none of this would be possible without the amazing artisan vendors, so make sure you come by and pick up a few things, it's a great place for gifts (I know you have guests coming, we live in the okanagan right...), things to spruce up the house, we've had some great bakers lately too... Music starts at 630, with Cat going on at 730, and its all FREEEEEEE!

Next up is Canada Day next week! We'll have the vendors out at that too, plus a ton of activities all around the park including:

• Skate Competition with OK Skate Co

• A great music lineup all afternoon

• Community performances from North Okanagan Pipe & Drum, Sadok Ukrainian Dancers, Kalamalka Highlanders, and the Kal Cheer Squad.

• TWO bouncy things (a castle and a slide I think)

• Kiki the Eco Elf and the Story Time Salmon (giant inflatable salmon!)

• Mini Golf with Floppy Shots

• Fruit Fest (we do this instead of cake, come get some free cherries at 2pm)

• A community canvas project, this year we're going to ask you all a big question

• A mini-car show, by Sun Valley Cruise-In Car Show

• A bunch of other things all over the place, provided by our amazing community partners.

Then... yes, there's more. We're in the park next friday of course, but on July 6 we'll have vendors at two locations in area for two great events.

Silver Star Mountain Resort - Summer Spectacular

This is a cancer fundraiser being hosted by the mountain, and is going to be a bustling day of fun on the hill... see their website for more details.

Sun Valley Cruise-In Car Show

This year it's being held at Kal Tire Place, they're taking the cars indoors! You won't want to miss it, it's a great way to spend time with the men in your life! Website is here for your convenience...
