It's 2026 and we're back!

I mean, it's not a surprise that it's 2026, it has been for 5 months so far, but it's the start of a new season and the best part of the year for us - we get to hang out in the park every week again and invite you all to join!

We have a summer jam-packed (maybe even with some jam vendors) with themes and special guests every week. It took a lot of planning and some extra work, but everyone loves our themed nights, so we went extra hard this year.

Here's what we're planning for this month, we've got a double music feature with Larissa MacNeill and Melodaddy this friyay - then we're doing something totally new, we've partnered with the Okanagan Science Centre for the Mind Blown Market as part of their Mind Blown Week.

Then to finish off this month, we have Go-By-Bike week. I already have one of the giveaway bikes in my possession - if you're not familiar, I purchase and fix up second hand bicycles and give them away each year. It's all about promoting alternative transportation in Vernon!

Come down to the park with your own bike and join us for the bike parade. There will be a special bike Valet so you can leave your bike safely with the city's team.
