We've got Vernon Salsa out in the park, and it's going to be outstanding!

So there's a salsa showcase at 630, followed by a free lesson with Susana at 7... and boy, this showcase looks amazing! I was in the park last night (it's on our instagram story) for a rehearsal, and these are some talented folks we have coming out. I'm always so impressed to see the talent we have in this community.

So big thank you to Susana at Vernon Salsa for coming out again this year (you may remember them from last year too), and be sure to check out the website if you're maybe thinking about wanting to do lessons even after the market... I didn't realize we had something this cool in Vernon.

Speaking about talented... next week is our second (and final for this season) Vernon Jazz Club Jam Night. The first one was a bit of a test to see if folks were interested, and they most certainly were, it was one of our best attended nights of the season - so I wanted to give a heads up that it's coming again...

And the last one to give you a heads up about for now too... the 3rd Annual Renaissance Market is coming on July 31, so you may want to get your costumes together, there could be money in it for you... We'll have a costume contest with the winner taking $100 and runner up $50. The whole night will be jam packed with events, so watch for that newsletter in the coming weeks for more details!

And of course, we couldn't do any of this without our amazing vendors! We're here to support arts & culture in Vernon, including folks that make amazing things right here. We're very happy to be part of this community, helping to bring more fun things to Vernon all summer long!
