Hi Everybody! So sorry for the delay getting this list of events out to everyone, I would remember at the wrong times to write a newsletter, and forget at the right ones.... I feel like we all do this from time to time... why did I come in this room? It's a similar notion.
TONITE! We're at Predator Ridge for the Winter Market, and it's going to be outstanding! Not your gramma's craft fair, this one has a highly curated selection of the best hand-crafted gifts in the Okanagan, as well as specialty cirque-esque performers, Kinshira, a 40 piece choir from Seaton High School, Sydney Bos (an up and coming local musician), and Tyler Welfing of Carvewel doing live chain-saw carving demonstrations.
It looks like it sold out unfortunately (for the timing of this message that is), so make sure you're keeping an eye out on social media for more timely updates from us.
Our next event is Mall I Want For Christmas is You! at the Village Green Mall. From now till Dec 18, thurs-sun weekly, we'll have vendors set up in the mall to help you access locally made products during your holiday shopping. We know not everyone can make it out to our markets, so we wanted to give our vendors the opportunity to setup somewhere that was more accessible for regular Vernon-folks.
Lastly, we have the SilverStar Lightup on Dec 10, more info found here. We'll have about 25 vendors joining us on the mountain for a great night of performers and fireworks.
